Invoice H-E-B with the Detallista complement
HEB receives CFDI 4.0 invoices with the Detallista complement, which carries the purchase order, the receiving store or distribution center and the barcode of each line. In Factura Digital Premium you set it up once and deliver each invoice to HEB's mailbox from the same account.

What HEB requires from suppliers
The Detallista complement is a SAT complement based on the GS1 Mexico standard. Many systems call it the HEB addenda, but it goes inside the CFDI and is sealed at stamping.

How you invoice HEB in Factura Digital
Everything happens in your Premium account, with nothing to install.

Set up your account
In Create, Addendas, open the HEB card and enter your supplier number and the mailbox username and password. The password is stored encrypted.

Add your stores
Register the stores or distribution centers you deliver to, each with its 13-digit GLN, which appears on the purchase order.

Invoice with the complement
In Create CFDI you add the Detallista complement with the purchase order and the store. Each line carries its barcode.

Deliver to HEB
In the Deliveries tab you click Deliver to HEB next to your invoice and see the mailbox response.

What do I need to invoice HEB in Factura Digital?
A Premium account, your HEB supplier number, the username and password for its invoice mailbox, the GLN of each store you deliver to and your products' barcodes.
Where do I find the store's GLN?
It appears on HEB's purchase order. It is a 13-digit number that identifies the store or distribution center receiving your merchandise.
Can I send credit notes to HEB?
For now the complement is used on income invoices in Mexican pesos (MXN). Credit notes to HEB are coming later.
