What do I need to start invoicing?
You only need your Digital Seal Certificates (CSD — .key and .cer files) issued by the SAT. If you don't have them yet, we can help you generate them. With that, you can start issuing CFDI 4.0 electronic invoices in minutes.
Do stamps have an expiration date?
No, stamps purchased through Factura Digital never expire. Use them whenever you need them, with no pressure or deadlines. Unlike other systems, you'll never lose your stamps for not using them in time.
Do you support the Carta Porte 3.1 complement?
Yes, we support the latest version of the Carta Porte 3.1 complement, effective since July 2024. We cover trucking, maritime, air, and rail freight. This complement is available with the Premium package.
Are there monthly fees or annual charges?
There are no monthly fees or annual charges for the base invoicing service. You only pay for the stamps you use, and they never expire. However, if you subscribe to additional services like the Premium package (which includes Carta Porte, Foreign Trade, bulk download, roles and permissions), self-invoicing portal, or supplier reception portal, those do have an additional cost.
What types of documents can I generate?
You can generate CFDI 4.0 invoices, professional fee receipts, rental receipts, credit notes, payment complements (version 2.0 Rev. B), electronic payroll (version 1.2 Rev. E), public invoices, withholdings, and more. The Carta Porte 3.1 and Foreign Trade 2.0 complements are available with the Premium package.
How many users can invoice at the same time?
Multiple users can invoice simultaneously without any restrictions or limits using the same username and password. If you need additional users with individual accounts, role management, and permissions, you can subscribe to the Premium package, which includes this module and many more features.
Can I customize the design of my invoices?
Yes, you can upload your logo and choose your invoice colors directly from the platform. We can also replicate any template you like, even from a photo or reference image. We also add custom fields, banners, bank account details, professional license numbers, promissory note legends, and more. Custom designs require a quote.
Do you offer technical support?
Yes, all packages include technical support. You can reach us via WhatsApp or through the in-app chat, which is handled by real people. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. You can also email us at soporte@facturadigital.com.mx.
Do you have an API to integrate with my system?
Yes, we offer a well-documented REST API at docs.facturadigital.com.mx to integrate CFDI stamping directly into your ERP, point of sale, or application. The API is included at no additional cost with all stamp packages. We also provide a free sandbox environment for unlimited testing before going to production.
How does the bulk SAT invoice download work?
The bulk download module is available with the Premium package. Our system connects directly to the SAT to automatically retrieve and organize all issued and received invoices for your RFC. You can export them to Excel and bulk-convert XML to PDF. Volume restrictions apply.
