From an idea to 100+ million CFDIs
In 2008, a group of young technology and accounting professionals set out to solve a real problem: electronic invoicing in Mexico was too complicated for small and medium-sized businesses.
From Monterrey, Nuevo León, we built a platform that prioritized simplicity without sacrificing tax compliance. Today, more than 100 million CFDIs stamped later, we remain true to that same conviction.
Our platform has evolved with every SAT update: from CFD to CFDI, from version 3.3 to 4.0, and from Carta Porte 1.0 to 3.1. Always one step ahead, always thinking about our customers.

Electronic invoicing is born in Mexico
The SAT introduces electronic invoicing as a mandatory scheme for large taxpayers, marking the beginning of tax digitization in Mexico.
Factura Digital is founded
A team of young technology and accounting professionals creates Factura Digital in Monterrey, Nuevo León, with the mission of simplifying electronic invoicing for SMEs.
CFDI becomes mandatory
The SAT establishes CFDI as the mandatory standard for all taxpayers. Factura Digital adapts its platform to the new scheme from day one.
1 million CFDIs stamped
We reach our first million digital tax receipts stamped, consolidating our presence in the electronic invoicing market.
Migration to Amazon Web Services
We migrate our entire infrastructure to AWS to ensure high availability, enterprise security, and unlimited scalability.
CFDI 4.0 and 50+ million stamps
We implement CFDI 4.0 from its launch and surpass 50 million stamped receipts. We launch the JSON-based REST stamping API.
Carta Porte 3.1 and Comercio Exterior 2.0
We incorporate the latest versions of Carta Porte 3.1 and Comercio Exterior 2.0, serving transportation and export companies.
