What happens if a PAC doesn't respond?

How do I control what each user does?
Users are unlimited and there are granular permissions: for example, cancelling invoices from prior months or limiting a user to one branch and series. Access is protected with two-step verification per device.
What can the AI assistant do, and what can it see?
It answers questions about the platform and CFDI, explains stamping errors in plain language, takes you to the right screen, and answers questions about your data: tax summary, sales, receivables, finding CFDI and customers, exporting to Excel. It has the same permissions as the user running it, and it prepares, you confirm: it never stamps, cancels, sends, or charges without your click. It doesn't give personalized tax advice; for that it suggests your accountant. Guidance and navigation are free; data questions use AI credits with a monthly quota included.
Which addendas do you support?
With Premium you get all of them: on the web, 7-Eleven, Arteche, INSABI, Japiro, LUC Soluciones, Marva, Papelera BJ, and a generic purchase order; by API, G500, Ternium, and HEB Detallista. If your customer asks for a new one, the team adds it.
Do you issue Retenciones CFDI?
Yes, with Premium: Retenciones 2.0 CFDI for dividends, payments to foreign residents, interest, and sale of shares.
Can I manage several legal entities?
Each RFC has its own account: one login is one RFC. With Premium you can transfer stamps to sub-accounts of other RFCs in your group.
How much does it cost?
You pay for folios that never expire: each stamped CFDI uses 1 folio and the API costs nothing extra. Premium is optional ($450 MXN a month or $4,500 MXN a year, VAT included): it removes limits and includes every addenda, Retenciones 2.0, vault, reconciliation against the SAT, sending from your own email, and 15% off folios.
