CFDI stamped
A CFDI was stamped in your account. Useful for saving the UUID in your ERP or triggering the next step of your process.
When a CFDI is stamped or cancelled, or when a payment is recorded, Factura Digital sends a signed notification to your system's URL. If your server doesn't respond, the notification is retried. It's included with API v5: you pay for folios, not the API.
Illustrative example: each notification is a request to the URL you register, with the event type and the CFDI it refers to.
The full format of each notification is in the documentation. docs.facturadigital.com.mx
The moments in the CFDI lifecycle that matter to your system.
A CFDI was stamped in your account. Useful for saving the UUID in your ERP or triggering the next step of your process.
A CFDI was cancelled. Your system can update its status without anyone typing it in by hand.
A payment was recorded for an invoice. Useful for marking it as collected in your system.
You register your system's URL once. After that, each notification arrives when the event happens.

Verify the signature of each notification before processing it: that's how you know it comes from Factura Digital. Since a notification can be retried, make sure your system can receive the same notification more than once.
What your system needs to trust every notification and not miss any.
Every notification is signed. Your system verifies the signature and discards anything that doesn't come from Factura Digital.
If your server is down or responds with an error, the notification is sent again.
Your system doesn't have to ask the API for changes every few minutes: the notification arrives when the event happens.
You receive a request at the URL you choose and process it with the language and server you already use.
Any other question about the integration?
Notifications when a CFDI is stamped, when a CFDI is cancelled and when a payment is recorded.
Every notification is signed. Your system verifies the signature before processing it and discards anything that doesn't match. The documentation explains how to verify it.
The notification is retried. It's a good idea for your system to respond quickly, process the notification afterwards and be ready to receive the same notification more than once.
No. When you stamp through the API, the response already includes the UUID, the XML and the PDF link. Webhooks tell you about what happens later or outside your system, like a cancellation or a recorded payment.
No. Webhooks are part of API v5, which is included: you pay for folios, not the API.
