Automatic reminders
Your customers get payment reminders for their outstanding invoices. You don't have to write to each one.
Your customers get payment reminders without you having to write to each one, and they pay from the Stripe or Mercado Pago button on their invoice. You see each customer's account statement and, when you record a payment, you stamp the REP in the same step. Each REP uses 1 folio, and folios never expire.
This is what a credit invoice looks like in Factura Digital: it goes out with a payment button, your customer gets automatic reminders, you record each installment with its REP, and your dashboard tells you when it moves from coming due to overdue. Sample data.
Attached is the CFDI electronic invoice with folio F-2026-04812 for a total of $48,720.00 MXN. You can download the PDF and XML at these links:

Collections live next to your invoices: what you stamp, what you're owed and what you've already collected are in the same account.

See what each customer owes you, with their invoices, payments and balance in a single account statement.
Apply one or several installments to each invoice and stamp the payment complement 2.0 when you record the payment. It's optional: you decide whether to stamp it right then.
Your dashboard splits the overdue balance from the balance coming due based on each invoice's due date, and tells you how many invoices are overdue.
Review payments received by period and export the report to Excel or PDF.
Prepare payment receipts per customer, save them as drafts and stamp them when everything is ready.
Upload your bank statement as CSV or Excel and match each deposit to the invoice it pays.
Ask “how much am I owed this month?” and it answers with your account's data. It also finds invoices and customers and takes you to the screen with the filters set. Data questions use AI credits, with a monthly quota included.
You open the invoice, enter the payment and decide whether to stamp the complement right then. What the SAT requires and is already on the invoice, you don't type again.
Enter the amount or load the full outstanding balance in one click. Before saving, you see whether the payment settles the invoice or how much is left.
The “Stamp payment complement” switch comes on for PPD invoices. Turn it off and the payment is recorded for internal control only, without stamping.
The payment method is prefilled from the CFDI when it already declares one. Add the transaction, check or authorization number if you need to.
Record the payment in the currency you received it in, with its exchange rate. You see the amount applied, the previous balance and the new balance.
Add your customer's source account and your destination account only when you want them included in the REP.
Getting paid isn't always a single payment in pesos on the agreed date. Here's how you handle the most common cases.
Delete it from the history and the invoice balance comes back. If its REP was already stamped, you cancel it first; cancelling doesn't use a folio.
Turn off the REP switch and the payment is kept for internal control. The invoice balance still updates.
If the invoice was paid in a single installment (PUE), a REP usually doesn't apply. The system asks before stamping one, and you can just record the payment.

It's a summary of what each customer owes you: their invoices, their payments and their outstanding balance, in one place.
Yes. You upload your bank statement as CSV or Excel and match each deposit to the invoice it pays. It isn't a direct connection to your bank: you upload the file whenever you want to reconcile.
The electronic payment receipt (REP), also called the payment complement, is the CFDI that proves payment of an invoice issued with the PPD method (installments or deferred payment). For each payment you receive on a PPD invoice, the SAT requires a REP. If the invoice is PUE, you usually don't need one.
No. The switch comes on for PPD invoices, but you can turn it off and record the payment for internal control only. The invoice balance updates either way.
Each stamped REP uses 1 folio, just like an invoice. Your folios never expire; Premium is an optional subscription. Cancelling a CFDI doesn't use a folio.
Yes. Record each installment with its date, payment method and amount. The outstanding balance updates, and the invoice's history shows every payment, who recorded it and its REP's PDF and XML.
Delete it from the invoice's payment history and the balance comes back. If that payment already had a stamped REP, you cancel the REP first and then delete the record.
Your dashboard splits the overdue balance from the balance coming due based on each invoice's due date, with the number of overdue invoices. To see what you collected by period, use the payments report, exportable to Excel or PDF.
