No, stamps purchased through Factura Digital never expire. Use them whenever you need them, with no pressure or deadlines. Unlike other systems, you'll never lose your stamps for not using them in time.
Are there monthly fees or annual charges?
There are no monthly fees or annual charges for the base invoicing service. You only pay for the stamps you use, and they never expire. Additional services like the Premium package (Carta Porte, Foreign Trade, bulk download, roles and permissions), self-invoicing portal, or supplier reception portal are available at additional cost.
How many users can invoice at the same time?
Multiple users can invoice simultaneously without any restrictions or limits using the same credentials. If you need individual user accounts with role management and permissions — common for larger international teams — subscribe to the Premium package.
