Soriana addenda for CFDI 4.0, by Web Service
Soriana receives merchandise invoices on its CFD receiving Web Service, with the Remisión Electrónica inside the addenda, and replies at once whether it accepts or rejects them. We set up the addenda that matches your delivery type and the transmission, and notify you of every rejection with its reason.
Applies to Soriana Híper, Súper, Mercado, Express, City Club and Súper City.

What Soriana requires from suppliers
Soriana implemented its e-invoicing with AMECE, now GS1 Mexico, and since 2010 has required the Web Service as the channel that guarantees your merchandise is received correctly.
- Addenda types
- Reverse: deliveries to distribution centers, direct to store, Súper City, internal consumption and services
- Consolidated delivery: distribution center with case allocation by store
- Standardized addenda, with the AMECE structure
- Direct (pie de camión) or late delivery: no order, with the goods-in receipt number
- What the addenda carries
- Supplier number
- Store or distribution center, per Soriana's catalog
- Order number
- Appointment number and delivery date
- Number of packages
- Transport
- SOAP Web Service for CFD receiving, with a test and a production environment.
- Response
- A real-time APERAK, using the GS1 Mexico schema, that states whether the invoice was accepted or rejected. The Web Service matches the appointment number against the delivery date, the order and the supplier.
- When to invoice
- For dry-goods distribution centers and store deliveries with an order, before delivery. For fresh-goods distribution centers, after the appointment.
- Portal
- Soriana's Portal de Socios: orders, goods-in receipts, invoicing issues, account statement and payment complement.
Public information gathered in November 2026 from each retailer's supplier sites and manuals, GS1 Mexico and published implementation guides. Retailers update their requirements: confirm them with your buyer or with the guide they gave you.
How we set up your Soriana addenda

We identify your delivery type
From your orders and appointments we determine whether you need Reverse, consolidated, standardized or direct delivery.

We set up the addenda
We load your fixed data and the store and distribution center catalog into your account. On each invoice you enter the order, appointment and packages.
- 03
We send it by Web Service
Your CFDI goes to Soriana's Web Service and the response is saved with the invoice.
- 04
We handle rejections
If Soriana rejects the invoice, you see the reason it returned, correct the data and resend it.
Soriana questions
If your question is not here, message us with your supplier number at hand.
Ask an advisorWhich addenda does Soriana require?
It depends on how you deliver. Soriana has the Reverse addenda for distribution centers, stores, Súper City and services; the consolidated delivery addenda for distribution centers with allocation by store; the standardized addenda, with the AMECE structure; and the direct or late delivery addenda for deliveries without an order.
Can I upload the invoice to the portal instead of using the Web Service?
Soriana states that the Web Service is the channel that guarantees your merchandise is received correctly. The Portal de Socios is used to check orders, goods-in receipts, issues and payments.
What is a late or direct delivery invoice?
It is issued without a prior order. Instead of the order number it carries the goods-in receipt number Soriana recorded when it received your merchandise.
Can I include several orders on one invoice?
According to the published implementation guides, each invoice corresponds to a single order. If your agreement says otherwise, we review the case against your guide.
