What customers ask us most.

Can late tickets still be invoiced?

Yes. By default we allow 72 hours to invoice (configurable up to the last day of the following month, per SAT rules). After the window closes, the portal tells the customer the deadline has passed.

What happens if the RFC is invalid?

We validate against the SAT registry live as they type. If the RFC doesn't exist, the portal flags it before the customer submits — no waiting, no rejected CFDIs afterwards.

Does it work if the customer has poor internet?

The portal is lightweight, loads progressively and adapts to small screens. If the connection drops, we resume without losing captured data.

Can I fully customize the portal with my brand?

Yes: logo, primary color, typography, custom domain (factura.yourbrand.mx), email templates and even the email sender. No code — all through a visual editor.

Can I run multiple locations on one portal?

Yes. Each CFDI carries the ID of the location that originated it. In the dashboard you see reports by location or consolidated. Different registers per point of sale without losing visibility.

Do I notify the customer that their invoice is ready?

Yes — automatic email with XML + PDF attached as soon as the CFDI is stamped. Branded template. If the customer lost it, you resend with one click from the dashboard.

Is there extra cost for using the portal?

The portal is included. Each stamped CFDI uses 1 folio, the same as when you invoice yourself. Your folios never expire.

How do I monitor CFDIs issued by the portal?
