Two systems for one sale
The front desk collected in one place and invoiced in another portal, retyping each patient's RFC, tax regime, ZIP code and CFDI use.

Every clinic is its own issuer
Each practice invoices with its own RFC, its own digital seal and its own stamps. Odentik needed to onboard every clinic without paperwork or support calls.

The digital seal is sensitive
The CSD .cer and .key files are the clinic's tax signature. They could not be stored inside Odentik.

Healthcare tax rules
Dental services are VAT-exempt (art. 15 of the VAT Law) and patients need CFDI use D01, Medical and dental fees, to deduct them. One mistake means cancelling and issuing again.

Setup in three steps
Tax details, digital seal, done. With the API, Odentik creates each clinic's invoicing account from its own settings.
The seal goes straight to stamping
The clinic uploads its CSD in Odentik and the files travel straight to Factura Digital. Odentik keeps only the serial number and expiry date, and warns before it expires.
Every invoice starts from a sale
When a sale is fully paid, Odentik asks: Invoice now? The patient's tax details are saved to their profile for the next visit.
PDF and XML to the patient
The invoice reaches the patient's inbox with its PDF and XML, and stays in the clinic's history with its UUID and SAT receipt.
Stamps in plain sight
Each clinic sees how many stamps it has left and can try everything in test mode before invoicing patients.

Patients receive their CFDI with use D01 and can deduct dental fees in their annual tax return when they paid by card or transfer.
